15 Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled at anytime during the online process up until payment has been sent through the WorldPay website. If you wish to cancel after payment has been sent, please contact us the same day so that we do not despatch items. If items have already been despatched and you still wish to cancel you will be liable for the costs associated with delivery from our warehouse and back.
